The Process

Lyte provides state-of-the-art real estate development solutions which includes identifying business opportunities; securing capital from investors and banks with a thorough business plan; defining the type of real estate project and its marketing strategy; developing the architectural and engeenering projects/design; licensing; financial control; property construction and sale.

Gonçalo Norton dos Reis

Gonçalo has a degree in Civil Engineering and a post-graduation in Real Estate Management. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a Construction Director for 5 years in Mota-Engil multinational contractor, the biggest Portuguese company in the sector, and was responsible for the construction of large-scale buildings in Angola.

He was then invited by a group of renowned Portuguese investors to found a real estate developement company in Brazil, where he was the CEO for 6 years.

After this, he launched his own real estate project to build 5 terrace houses, managing the project from the acquision of the landfield to the successful turnkey delivery.

In 2018, Gonçalo founded Lyte to dedicate his time exclusively to the management and promotion of real estate projects in Portugal.
